دليل توليد صور أشخاص ووجوه واقعية (Photorealistic) بدون أخطاء الـ AI

تولد الصور الواقعية للأشخاص والوجوه من أصعب التحديات في أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي (مثل Flux، Stable Diffusion، Midjourney، Leonardo، Ideogram...). الأخطاء الشائعة كثيرة: أصابع زيادة، عيون مشوهة، أسنان غريبة، عدم تناسق الوجه، جلد بلا مسام، أو إضاءة غير طبيعية.  

هذا الدليل العملي يشرح كيف تولد صور photorealistic نظيفة وخالية من الأخطاء قدر الإمكان، سواء كنت مبتدئ أو محترف.

1. اختيار الموديل المناسب (الخطوة الأهم)

1. - Flux.1 (Dev أو Pro) أو Flux Schnell: حالياً من أقوى الموديلات في الواقعية، خاصة الوجوه والأيدي.
2. - Stable Diffusion 3.5 أو SDXL مع LoRAs واقعية قوية.
3. - Midjourney v6 / v6.1: ممتاز في الواقعية إذا استخدمت prompts دقيقة.
4. - Leonardo Phoenix أو Ideogram 2.0: جيدان للوجوه.
5. - تجنب الموديلات القديمة أو الـ anime-based إذا كنت تبغى واقعية.

نصيحة: استخدم دائماً أحدث إصدار متوفر + upscaler قوي (مثل Ultimate SD Upscale أو Magnific).

2. بنية البرومبت المثالية للواقعية

البرومبت لازم يكون منظم ومرتب. هاد القالب يعمل بشكل ممتاز:

3. العناصر اللي كتقلل الأخطاء بزاف

1. - الجلد: يمنع الجلد البلاستيكي. زيد كلمات بحال: detailed skin texture, visible pores, subsurface scattering, natural imperfections, freckles, slight asymmetry.
2. - العيون: أكثر حاجة كتكون مشوهة. استعمل: detailed irises, realistic catchlights, natural eye moisture, subtle blood vessels.
3. - الأيدي والأصابع: أشهر خطأ. ركز على: detailed hands, correct number of fingers, natural finger proportions.
4. - الشعر: كيخلي الصورة حقيقية. زيد: individual hair strands, realistic hair texture, flyaway hairs.
5. - الإضاءة: كتخلي الوجه ثلاثي الأبعاد. جرب: soft natural light, window light, Rembrandt lighting, golden hour.
6. - الكاميرا: كتعطي إحساس التصوير الحقيقي. استعمل: shot on Sony A7R V, 85mm f/1.4, Canon 5D Mark IV.

4. الـ Negative Prompt الضروري

حط هاد الـ negative دائماً (أو نسخة مشابهة):

5. تقنيات متقدمة تقلل الأخطاء أكثر

1. Face Detailer / ADetailer (في Automatic1111 أو ComfyUI): كيصلح الوجه تلقائياً بعد التوليد.
2. Inpainting على المناطق المشوهة (الأيدي، الأسنان، العيون).
3. ControlNet (OpenPose + Depth + SoftEdge) باش تتحكم في الوضعية والتشريح.
4. IP-Adapter أو FaceID إذا بغيت تحافظ على وجه شخص معين بدون تشويه.
5. Upscaling + Face Restoration: بعد التوليد، استعمل CodeFormer أو GFPGAN + upscale 2x أو 4x.
6. Multi-pass generation: ولد الصورة → اصلح الوجه → اصلح الأيدي → upscale.

6. نصائح ذهبية حسب الأداة

1.  Flux: كيبغي برومبت طويل ومرتب. زيد كلمات مثل "raw photo", "film grain", "natural lighting".
2.  Midjourney: استعمل `--stylize 50-150` و `--v 6.1` و `--style raw` للواقعية القصوى. زيد "photographic" في البداية.
3.  Stable Diffusion: استعمل CFG Scale بين 3.5 و 7، و Steps 25-40. جرب LoRAs مثل "Realistic Vision" أو "EpicRealism".

7. أخطاء شائعة وحلولها السريعة

1.  أصابع زيادة → زد "correct anatomy, five fingers" + استعمل ControlNet OpenPose أو اصلح بـ Inpainting.
2.  عيون غريبة → "detailed realistic eyes, natural catchlights, symmetrical eyes".
3.  جلد بلاستيكي → "visible skin pores, subsurface scattering, natural skin texture, slight imperfections".
4.  عدم تناسق الوجه → استعمل ADetailer أو Face Detailer.
5.  أسنان مشوهة → "natural teeth, realistic dental details" أو اصلحها بـ Inpainting.

8. قالب برومبت جاهز للنسخ (عربي + إنجليزي)

خلاصة سريعة:

السر مش غير في البرومبت، ولكن في الموديل + البرومبت المنظم + الـ negative + أدوات التصحيح (ADetailer / Inpainting / ControlNet).

 كل ما زدت تفاصيل واقعية في الجلد والعيون والإضاءة والكاميرا، كل ما قلت الأخطاء.
